We had been considering a move from Massachusetts to North Carolina for a couple of years. We’d heard wonderful things about Hickory and began watching the You Tube videos produced by Katie and Adriano. Through them, we learned so much about the area that we had to explore it in person. We loved Hickory and continued to watch the videos about how to retire here and what to consider before making the move. Meeting Katie last fall was wonderful and, when we were ready, she teamed us up with Thea Russell who was welcoming and gave us good direction from the very first meeting. Our home purchase went quickly and our relocation has been quite smooth considering the 1,000 mile trip between selling our MA home and beginning our new chapter by buying a new home in NC. We are very thankful that Thea and True North encouraged and supported us and will highly recommend the entire group to anyone considering a home purchase in this area.
