Thea is very knowledgeable about the area she serves. She took the time to get to know our preferences before we arrived in north Carolina to view homes available. We were able to see a number of homes that would have fit the bill, and some that didn't. Thea gave us a of choices and worked tirelessly to make sure we found a home we can be excited to live in. once we found our home, Thea went above and beyond expectations, sending us video and pictures of our homes progress and served as our liaison with the builder to make sure our home was perfect for us once we made the trip from New Hampshire to North Carolina. Thea is not only an extremely capable agent and one that her employer should be proud to have on staff, but she is our first friend in North Carolina, and we could not be prouder to call her our friend.

Thea was such an amazing realtor during our home buying process. We were in process of moving from Wisconsin to North Carolina and Thea did such a great job with helping us find the perfect home in our ideal location. With being states away, Thea made the home buying process smooth and so much less stressful. She was knowledgeable in the area we were looking into and gave us not only great home knowledge, but things to for in a home, things to check out in the area, and learning the realty rules that were different than our home state. She helped us get a feel for what to expect with this new southern lifestyle. She had great resources for when we were ready to get our inspection and home loan process, especially since we were unfamiliar with the area. Again, since we didn't always get down to NC, she helped us with video calls, virtual tours and even was so kind to do our final walk through on video chat.
