Thorough , well thought out and orderly are all adjectives that come to mind when we describe our experience working with Thea. If we weren’t already convinced that that we had chosen a professional in the top 1% of her field, we were assured of that fact at closing. She sold our home for much more than we expected, and helped us find our dream home for under its appraised value (in a seller’s market). At the closing of our new home the sellers (who were selling for sale by owner), commented how helpful and professional she was. Their profession is real estate related and they have dealt with many realtors in the past. Thankful for her.

Thea was incredibly helpful and answered every question we had honestly. There was never a point where she got frustrated with us for looking at so many houses or asking so many questions. She even helped watch all 4 of our kids while we were at houses, so that we could better discuss putting in an offer on a house. Thank you Thea!

When selling the home I had already moved across the country but she still made selling the home so easy even with the time difference and being literally on the other coast. Highly recommend!
