You've read the other reviews. You already know Scott and Julie return phone calls immediately, understand the real estate market in depth, never miss a detail. When the condo board became difficult about approving the buyer, they went way beyond the normal getting the buyer approved. I can't say enough good things about them.
I have moved a number of times during my working yearsI so I think I am uniquely qualified to comment on my recent move, which is likely to be my last transfer. Frankly, it is difficult to find enough superlatives when it comes to Scott & Joyce Warner. The sale of my condo was no easy matter, but Scott & Joyce dealt with all the delays, challenges, & absurdities as if it were just another "slam dunk" Florida sale. I assure you, IT WAS NOT! But nothing seemed to rattle the Warner team! Time after time they exceeded my expectations without complaint or frustration. There isn't enough room here to express my gratitude to Scott & Joyce. they are SIMPLY THE BEST realtors I ever worked worked with!!!

Scott and his wife came highly recommended and met our expectations, even if we did not sell for our hoped-for price and ran into the pandemic. Their presentation of the market in February was accurate, and we would up with a price 4% less than their suggested price. They updated us as we all struggled thru 2020 as well as a difficult buyer's agent at the end. Not that I want to sell any more houses, but I certainly would choose them again!
