The condo sale started out great. A small bidding war quickly followed by a contract. The buyer was imminently qualified. The board wanted "guaranteed" income (social security and pension) to cover the monthly fees. The buyer is a business man. The board made an easy sale into a nightmare. Through it all, the Warner team responded promptly to all my calls. It was common for them to return my call seconds after I hung up. They knew the market. They had correct answers to all my questions. Everything (other than the board) was always on time and correct. I could not possibly ask for more from a real estate team.
