Tammy and her husband Mike, were born and raised in Wausau, Wisconsin. They were high school sweethearts and have three daughters and twin German Shepherds. Tammy has a Marketing Degree from the University of MN Twin Cities Carlson School of Management with a double minor in International Business and Spanish. Tammy can also speak Spanish to assist in those looking for a Spanish speaking agent.
Tammy has been providing real estate services to the greater Central Wisconsin area for over 17 years. Tammy started real estate in 2006 and after earning Rookie of the Year, she earned multiple awards through years of dedication and hard work including Sales Person of the Year in 2013, 2014. and 2015. With the abundance of referrals from satisfied and loyal clients, in 2016, Tammy and Mike brought on additional real estate agents and office administration to establish The Waraksa Group.
Tammy has the heart of a teacher and pours herself into the team and clients to help them reach their goals. Tammy has helped multiple agents achieve incredible success in starting their real estate career as well as continuing their ongoing success with the team. In her free time, Tammy is an exceptional singer and showcases her talents through the National Anthem at events, fun karaoke nights, wedding venues and church choirs. Tammy enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as golfing for charity events. Tammy is passionate about helping others. Tammy is the Children's Christmas program Director at Christ Community Church in Weston and gives back to the community through various charitable organizations like the Women's Community or the Never Forgotten Honor Flight. Mike Waraksa is a Veteran of the United States Air Force and is passionate to help other veterans through the Never Forgotten Honor Flight. Tammy and Mike send multiple veterans to this event every year which provides so many veterans and their families unbelievable joy and closure.
