Competent, compassionate, responsive and honest that’s what you get with Nancy and her partner Julie. We have bought and sold 3 homes with Nancy and have been she has surpassed our expectations every time. With the last home we had already moved out of town. Nancy and her skilled professionals took care of many of the repairs needed to put the house on the market and then when it was under contract she managed all of the inspection repairs. The professionals she has relationships with are very responsive and skilled. It was such a relief to have all those details taken care and done well. Also during this sale we had a difficult situation arise with a neighbor and the placement of the radon pump. She managed the situation between all parties with steadiness and patience until all were satisfied. I have recommended Nancy to friends and family and all have had equally outstanding experiences.
