From start to finish, they went completely above and beyond to help us find our dream home — all while we were out of town and unable to tour properties in person. Since we couldn’t physically attend showings, they became our eyes and ears on the ground. They carefully listened to what we wanted, paid attention to the small details, and truly took the time to understand our style, priorities, and long-term goals. They FaceTimed us through homes, walked properties thoroughly, pointed out details we would have noticed ourselves, and continuously sent listings to help refine and better understand exactly what we were looking for. What impressed us most was their dedication and initiative. The home we ultimately purchased was shown to us over FaceTime before it even hit the market. Our realtor personally walked the property and confidently told us, “This is the one.” Because of the trust they built with us throughout the process, we felt completely comfortable making that decision from a distance — and they were absolutely right.
