Geri is a very professional and extremely knowledgeable real estate agent. She was there for us every step of the way. Most importantly, she was able to sell our property for the full asking price in a very reasonable time frame. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling real estate. We will hire her for our future real estate endeavors.
I have now sold 2 properties with Geri over the past 3 years at opposite ends of Lee County. She has been extremely easy to work with and knowledgeable of both areas! Geri was very supportive in getting the price I wanted therefore willing to counter or not. I recommend her no matter what you may be selling OR looking to buy.
Geri was extremely knowledgeable about the market, was in communication with us on a daily basis, and always presented herself in a very professional manner.
Geri and Bob Quinn are an experienced and masterful team. They are very dependable, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, efficient, on time, and very personable. They kept us informed every step of the way with the sale of our home and were great with problem-solving/negotiating. They went above and beyond to please us. It's people like Geri and Bob who make the difficult task of buying or selling a home a worry-free experience. They were truly a delight to work with! Roy and Darlene
Gerri was personable, professional, and highly knowledgable about the RE market in Cape Coral. She and her husband Bob were able to find us our dream house and close on a great deal when we were in New Jersey while many local buyers came up empty handed! Tgank ypu Gerri and Bob Quinn!

Geri Quinn is a very courteous, knowledgeable and professional realtor! I would not hesitate to recommend or use her again. She left no stone unturned and was ahead of everything that could possibly cause a problem. I was really impressed as I have sold 20 or 30 homes in my lifetime and she thought of important things that I had never considered in the sales process to make it go smoothly. Remax should consider themselves lucky to have such an awesome Realtor working for them.
