Bob and Geri go above and beyond as realtors. While the closing of my house took longer than expected because of hurricane Ian. Bob was excellent navigating through all the insurance issues not only on the minimal repairs needed on my home, but also stepped up to assist my buyers with all the intricacies they experienced due to insurance companies not writing new policies for a period of time which caused delays. My buyers agent faced difficulties due to hurricane Ian with her own home. Bob, generously assisted the agent and my buyers making the sale of my home as smooth as possible under the circumstances. I’m in the process of purchasing a home on the Northeast side of Florida and Bob and Geri traveled the 4.5 hours up to show me homes.
