Herbie was great! He is professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and was ALWAYS available when we had questions and concerns. He thoroughly explained everything to us in regards to selling our house, and together we came up with a great plan to get our house sold in just one day! Great job Herbie! If you are thinking about buying or selling a home, I highly recommend giving Herbie a call!
Herbie was always available, knowledgeable and worked with me through ever changing circumstances. I would highly recommend him!
Herbie is the best! Such a noble, honest, hard working guy. He was available to answer all of our questions at any given time. He definitely knows the ins and outs of real-estate and gives great advice on how to sell your home in a smart and classy way. I would highly recommend Herbie and his team for your next move. He made us feel like we were his only costumer (but we know he had more). He is an all around great guy!
Selling a house can be stressful; but Herbie and Sara gave us some great advice, that allowed us to sell our home quickly and above our asking price. The entire process was easy and worthwhile; while having some fun along the way. Great people to work with!!
Wonderful experience with the Nivala team! We will ablsolutely recommend him to any friends and family looking to buy or sell a home. Best real estate team out there!
