I could not recommend The Home Team more! Mark and Karen have become like family to me. They helped me sell my house in record time. Mark and Karen provided great communication and explained the process in detail while providing personal recommendations and advice. Prior to working with Coldwell Banker I had a previous real estate company manage the property, which I had been trying sell/rent for several years, and had also bought and sold many properties previously with this realtor. In the middle of a significant tenant issue as a result of extensive water damage to the house, which ended up costing me upwards of $15,000, that realtor quit - best thing that happened. After searching the internet I called the agent on duty for Coldwell Banker, which was Lindsay Wilson at the time, and she was a lifesaver and got everything taken care of for me. She moved, but based on my experience I remained with Coldwell Banker, now partnered with The Home Team, as we continued to try and sell the property, and renting it in the interim. The Home Team has been fantastic over the past few years - they have always been very professional, trustworthy, very compassionate (I felt that they sincerely cared about me and my family, not just about making a commission), and very patient with me. I don't remember the situation, but at one point Mark had even paid for some repairs out of his own pocket up front. As important, they were always accessible and consistently provided timely communications. They stuck with me through all the trials and tribulations on that house, and ultimately they got it sold for me. Would absolutely recommend The Home Team and Coldwell Banker to everyone.
