Tim Hollinden was excellent to work with and saved me money in the home selling process, as well as in the buying process of the home I purchased. He was very knowledgeable about every step of each process and made selling my home and purchasing the next home easy for me. He also has a friendly team that was helpful with items that needed to be completed before the closings. Tim would be the first person that I would call if I needed a Realtor's assistance again in the future.

TJ was very helpful in the process of finding the right house for me. It took me roughly 3 months of searching to find the right and he was very patient with me. First time homebuyer and I couldn't have been happier. His experience with his father on renovating/working on houses also helped as he could look at houses and point out stuff to me that I may have not seen.

I met TJ the day before Thanksgiving, then on Thanksgiving Day he showed me a home early in the morning and wrote the contract that day! Less than 30 days later we completed the sale on my first home. Working with TJ was so simple! He was honest when seeing homes and helped point me in the right direction. TJ is knowledgable and was very attentive- answering questions via text, email or phone call around my work schedule. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home!
