We hired the Emamian Team to simultaneously represent us on the purchase of a new home and the sale of our existing home. We needed top dollar for our existing home to make the move feasible. The Emamian team priced our home just right and we ended up selling for $70K over asking! To top it off, they worked quickly. Our home closed within a month of it hitting the market. They helped stage the house (which was no easy task considering we were still living there with our clan of 5 kids), and hosted several open houses. They negotiated fairly with our buyer, and when things got a little bumpy at the end, they kept their wits about them, and made the deal happen (in fact, the home we were selling and the home we were buying closed simultaneously due to the hard work and diligence of Jan). If that isn’t enough, we weren’t just forgotten about the day escrow closed. They have followed up and closed unresolved issues. I wish I could give them a 100 star review!
