I happened to be paired with Jan on Redfin via an Agent match and worked with her for 6 months till I finally purchased my first home. She was probably the only reason I ended up actually buying a house. I have worked with the other agents in the past but Jan is truly one of the best ! She never pushed me or forced me into making an offer and was always very patient with the numerous open houses , house appointments and the several questions during the search, offers and escrow processes. She was also very professional and prompt to all our appointments, very responsive to all my questions and was always quick to reach out to the sellers on follow-up. She helped me with visualizing what could potentially be done to renovate/customize a house so I could come in with an offer closer to my price point and spend some on making the house my own. Jan is also well connected and helped me with options for financing, inspection, remodeling etc. - this was a lifesaver for a first time home buyer who can be overwhelmed with the options and needs help navigating the closing process. Jan definitely goes above and beyond to help her clients, one example of this was when she came to the house I ended up buying multiple times. This was to help with informal inspections, formal walk-through and to determine remodeling needs. She definitely makes sure her client is comfortable in taking the next step. I would highly recommend Jan and I look forward to working with her again in the future !

The Emamian Team represented us on the purchase of this home, while simultaneously representing on the sale of our existing home. This review will be limited to the purchase of this home, but I highly recommend them as both a buyer’s agent as well as a seller’s agent. We made a not so strong, contingent offer on this home, and somehow the Emamian Group got us into our dream Home...well not somehow, they worked their tails off helping us stage and market our existing home so we would appeal to the seller of this home. More importantly, they did an excellent job representing our interests. Either Jan or Paymen were present for every inspection (general home inspection, sewer inspection and chimney inspection), and because of that they were able to negotiate appropriate escrow credits. Jan magically closed escrow on this home and our former home simultaneously, buying us an extra day or two to get moved, and after escrow was closed we weren’t forgotten. The Emamian team worked diligently to tie up loose ends even after the sale of escrow. I wish I could give hem 100 stars!
