Shannon DeRosby was available for questions and promptly answered calls, texts and emails. Her suggestions were spot on and everything went smoothly. She was fantastic bringing back from the ledge the day before close when I was in a panic due to cancelled movers and a myriad of other issues all happening at once. Everything ended up great. Highly recommend Shannon and the Collins Team. I also used them in 2014 when I bought the lot to build the house I just sold.

Eric Brownfield went above and beyond for the quick sale of my lot. He worked with the county and was always avalible for any questions I had. I could not have asked for a better realtor. Lot sold within 4 days! Thank you Eric and the Collins Team for the best professional team in town!

Purchased this unique ,very large house in 1990 and it was a well loved home for my growing family for 19 years. So when the kids went off to college and moved, it needed another family to enjoy this spacious place. After several years of renting it, I was advised that now was the best time to move forward to listing and make a profit in this lucrative 2021 year market. Selling my dated 1980 home in an "as is" condition at the right price set by my realtor, Daniel Collins, was the best decision. The online marketing was successful. It moved quickly and sold in a week! It was a relief not to have to update anything. Chicago title and the team at Realty One worked quickly to close the sale. Thank you

I have had Jeff as my realtor in three different real estate transactions. He responds quickly when I’ve had a question. Takes care of everything when I’m out of town, goes above and beyond. Will definitely continue to have Jeff as my realtor in future.

My experience was with Shannon. She helped me purchase the house and sell the house. Both experiences were great. She went above any beyond helping every way she could.

Our initial contact with Dawn was very professional. She asked the important questions as to what we were looking for and our price range. She connected us to a 1st rate lender for preapproval to eliminate problems down the road. She lined up properties that met our requirements. We found the home we felt we would be comfortable with on our third search which was under construction. Dawn was personally there for every step of the construction, escrow and closing process which was a blessing since our former home had sold and we were staying out of state. We have bought and sold many homes and our opinion Dawn is a crown jewel in Collins Team. Thank you Dawn!
