This was our first time selling a home so we were a bit anxious but Thad made it super easy. He knew all the right people for staging and repairs so we didn’t have to worry about finding anyone. All the individual showings were communicated to us with enough time to tidy up and the open houses were well organized (he even had a cookout and red carpet at one for extra attention!). He helped us set a reasonable asking price we were comfortable with and we were able to sell our house quickly for that amount.
