I have bought over 10 homes in my lifetime, and I've never experienced a more through, capable, caring person than Tessa. My house hunting started in mid December 2023. I figured it would take the typical 2 to 3 months to find what I wanted and get the purchase closed. We closed yesterday, January 11, 2024. My previous experience in purchasing a home has taken more than 60 days to complete. I can't put into words how much I appreciate Tessa's ability to make things come together quickly. This was clearly a result of the outstanding relationships she has established within the community. Whoever she suggested I spoke with about insurance, or inspections, I listened. I truly cant say enough amazing things about Tessa. She went above and beyond in every sense of the word and went to bat for us countless times to ensure we were comfortable with everything. She was very upfront about pros AND cons of each house she showed us. We bought our house from out of state while my husband was in another country and everything that was in Tessa's control went flawlessly. Tessa breathes excellence. We decided to browse homes on a whim, and within an hour of looking for homes, she introduced herself to us promising to help us find the home of our dreams. She worked tirelessly, close to midnight to provide updates on homes, offers and details on how closing was going. Her resourcefulness, knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market and homes was very impressive.
