But I swear my husband and I have never asked each other “why is this so easy?” so much in our entire lives. Through every step of this entire process she has treated us like family. She has answered every text within minutes and every phone call right then and there. She has checked our house up and down to make sure everything is perfect for us and made note of anything she saw to the builder even in the final walk through. Things that we didn’t even know to look for, she looked for. Things that we didn’t think to ask, she told us, or she asked someone for us. I can’t stress enough how lucky we are to have had her as our realtor and how lucky anyone would be to have her. Overall incredible experience Tessa made buying my first home so easy, I only had 1 day available to come to town to look at homes and she had a variety planned, but she did it in such a smart way where we saw different ones first and narrowed it down to more specific viewings later in the day and in 1 day we found the right house Over the course of closing and through move in she has been extremely helpful and was extremely fast to be there for any questions or concerns This was my first time buying a home and it truly was stress free I would / will recommend to family and friends
