We cannot say enough wonderful things about Tessa and her team. When we were ready to sell our home, she was there with a detailed plan of action to get the house ready, photographed, and on the market. I really did not have to do much thinking. Tessa has the right people on her team to do all the heavy lifting for everything you could think of like cleaning, photos, and repairs. She was heavy on the marketing and kept very open and realistic communication with us about the market and prices in our area. We trusted her and she delivered! Our home was sold within the average time on market and gave us plenty of time to move without feeling rushed. Tessa was absolutely amazing! She is extremely passionate about what she does and she’s really good at it. I went from really stressed out about selling the house to completely relieved after initially reaching out to her. She assured me I had nothing to worry about, ran preliminary figures, and scheduled a walk through closer to when we were going to list the house. During her walk through she again assured me that I had nothing to worry about (I was concerned about all sorts of minor cosmetic things). She arranged for the house to be cleaned, minor contract work, and pictures taken. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our house hit the market and in less than 24 hours was under contract after our first showing. I believe her prep work and advice absolutely enabled us to sell our house so quickly and for only 5k under asking price! I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone in the Fayetteville area!
