We contacted Tess about looking at a farm on a Saturday. By Sunday, we saw the farm and had a purchase offer written. She then worked with us to sell our house. Tess worked extremely hard to get our house sold and closed by the time we were to close on the farm. She was patient and helpful with several issues from the buyers. After the sale, Tess followed up on a couple issues on the farm and advocated for us with the seller. Quite simply, she made the whole process smooth for us and made it possible for us to buy our dream farm.
