Great communication, took time to answer took time to answer are many many questions. Never acted too busy never acted too busy to speak with us, very quick responses! What I really appreciated was how but how Tess helped us find a balance between what we wanted and what we could reasonably afford. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
