Experienced, Resourceful and Efficient
Terry was managing my house as a rental property and was always on top of everything which allowed me not to worry about the renters or about anything that was needed to be quickly addressed. Once I decided to sell the house, Terry was my realtor and my advisor and we were able to find good buyers and smoothly finish the whole process. Very experienced and resourceful, Terry also helped with dealing with all the unexpected details on my behalf since I was not able to be there.
