Selling the house you grew up in is a stressful experience and we appreciate the caring and sensitivity of our realtor, Theresa Theodorou. Through the whole process, we felt comfortable placing our trust in her. Her extensive years in the real estate industry, her technical knowledge and sales strategy put us at ease. Communication for us is of extreme importance and our inquiries through calls, emails or texts to her were met promptly and throughly. She also came often to consult with us in person. In this way, we felt informed and involved at every facet of events leading to the success of the sale. She worked closely with us so that we arrived at decisions that satisfied us.
