She was very compassionate and very down to earth. She was someone I could talk too about my mom when times were extremely tough. Those are character traits you cannot put $$$ on. When it came to getting the house ready for staging, she had SO many great contacts she could reach out to and have on hand ready to ready to repair. She also knocked it out of the park with staging the home. Her vision and professional contacts made the home look absolutely spectacular!! My mother would have definitely approved! Her negotiation skills were very strong and very professional. Believe me, you want Terry at the negotiating table for you. She kept me very informed at all times of offers, showings etc. She even made a list comparing all of the offers and we sat down together and determined which ones were the best fit and go from there.
