My personal experience with the realtor is of compassion she goes out of her way to make sure that everything is being done and according to the guidance and what you spoke about and she's constantly in communication with the broker the seller the buyer and every little thing that's being done or needs to be done or was done Terry is right there on it and notifies notifies the seller or the buyer prefer the buyer as to exactly what's being done and how it's done why it's done you know and it was my first time buying a home and I was scared concerned overwhelmed and I guess that's expected to be but around every corner around every thought every question Terry was there to answer my questions to explain to me that it's normal to feel overwhelmed to feel scared me even not 100% sure because the buyers guilt but it was comforting she was there and she was very emotional with me and explaining a whole thing and made my house buying experience one of the best I've ever had I recommend Terry to anybody and everybody who needs to buy a house contact this realtor contact us this agent and let her go to work for you and promises promises made promises kept Terry thank you so much you are the best Charles
