Terry is a great realtor. Selling this property had some real paperwork issues and Terry handled it all like a pro. I was very frustrated, more for him than for me. He made several extra trips and handled weekend calls for us. All to help get our property closed on schedule. I have known Terry for many years and you will always find him to be a straight shooter. He cares about the people that he is working for and the community he lives in. Our final price was exactly what we wanted and we are vey pleased. Terry, THANKS for going that extra mile for us.

I cant begin to tell you how amazing the realtor is. After the years we have spent together selling multiple properties he is more of a friend. When I had questions he answered the straight even when I disnt want the answer. But I always new it was thw truth, it was fair and it was right. I would NEVER sell another piece of property unless ot was from him or at least consult him if in an area he doesn't serve.

When we were looking to purchase a home in the country Terry was the first to listen to our needs and wants . He helped us find a home that will now be our forever home at the price we wanted in the area we wanted, and has followed up with us even years after the sale to see how our home is coming along (we chose a fixer upper) We did so well negotiating that we Plenty of equity, the not so good news for Terry is I am never moving again.
