Terry came fully prepared with research and options. She had a plan of actions and started executing it immediately after our meeting. Terry launched a full scale market “attack” the same day and before the house was officially on the market, we were sitting on 3 offers. Amazing. The only bad part was that the house got sold in under a week and I had to scramble to clear it out for the buyer. Good problem to face. :-)
