I can’t speak highly enough of Terry Harner! This was my first experience buying a home and Terry guided me and held my hand through every step of the way, going the extra mile. His knowledge, his experience, his guidance and the care and attention he gives his clients are above and beyond. He seemingly knows EVERYONE, a fact which serves him and his homebuyers well, as these great professional relationships translate into great referrals for me, his client. He knows the best of the best for whatever the needs are, whether one needs an inspector, a painter, you name it. As far as realtors go, Terry is that guy: Best of the best of the best. I am beyond grateful he took me on as a homebuyer/client because he really went to bat for me and I absolutely adore my new home. Were it not for Terry’s influence and savoire-faire, I’d never have scored this home for the value. Across the board, this realtor is an 11 out of 10.
