Terry is very, very, knowledgeable about the market in Capistrano Beach San Clemente and Dana Point. He has sold many houses several times over his 30+ years in the market, knows all the other agents and has their respect. Terry handled all negotiations on our home which had 10 competing bids several all cash. terry's guidance and advice is how we won the home. Terry Harner is a true professional. We met Terry at an open house in Capo beach about 12 months ago. We were impressed by his deep block-by-block knowledge of the area and sense for the market. With the internet, you don't really need a realtor to help you find a property, once you learn the area. That was the case for us, because we found the property on our own (it was out of the area and higher in price than we had instructed Terry to look).
