I live in New Orleans and my Aunt's home is located in Columbus, Ohio so needless to say I had no real estate contacts in Ohio. A friend recommended Ms. Calloway and after our initial conversation I was convinced that she was tuned in to the Columbus market and all the possible pitfalls of selling a home - especially one in a different state. When I arrived in Ohio, we met with Ms. Terri and she inspected the home and advised us on what the property needed for a successful showing. With some landscaping and clearing the home of all furniture and items - we were ready. After returning to New Orleans a week later, Ms. Terri phoned to say she had some interested parties and appx ten days after that she produced an All Cash offer higher than what we felt the home was worth. The closing went through without a hitch and my agent - Ms Calloway, communicated with me throughout the entire process - even making certain that the utilities were transferred in a timely manner. I feel that I must add that I've been a mortgage lender in New Orleans for the past forty years and I've seen all sorts of home loan situations - but the sale of my Aunt's home in Columbus, Ohio was by far the smoothest that I've ever encountered.
