Terrie Booker is a phenomenal Realtor. Our experience with Terrie Booker was amazing. I wish I could tell you the level of dedication she had with my wife and I! She deserves 10 stars! She was great to work with! From the very beginning, Terrie gave us a realistic assessment of what to expect in the real estate market and home search process. She guided us through making sure that we knew the difference between our wants and needs and the financing options that were available. She listened to our needs and budget and recommended the next steps. We starting looking for homes. It took a while with homes going quickly, but Terrie was on top of it the whole time. So during the process, my wife and I made a decision to regroup and stop the search. Terrie was patient and waited for us, all while still reassuring us that we would find the home we were looking for. Upon starting the search again Terrie was there to make sure we had our ducks in a row and walked us through each step. Her experience guided us tremendously as I had a lot of questions. Two lenders, later we closed on our new construction home. It’s our dream home. We’ve been in our home for almost a month and absolutely love it. I cannot say thank you enough times! I failed to mention that this was all done during the Covid-19 pandemic.
