My experience with Mrs. Terrie Booker and Booker Realty was nothing short of exceptional! From the very beginning of my homebuying journey through closing and even after I became a homeowner Mrs. Terrie went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She truly invested in me and my dream of homeownership. She connected me with a credit repair professional who helped me improve my credit, provided workshops that helped me understand the homebuying process, and took the time to sit down with me to understand exactly what I wanted in a home and what price range I felt comfortable with. From there, she created a customized plan for my homebuying journey and guided me through every step. She made each milestone feel like I was one step closer to receiving the keys to my own home. What stood out to me most was her kindness, generosity, patience, and genuine care. When I became discouraged, Mrs. Terrie encouraged me and reminded me to stay the course. She wrapped her faith around my faith and reassured me that if I trusted the process and kept going, I would become a homeowner. And now, here I am a very happy homeowner for six days and counting! Mrs. Terrie didn't just help me purchase a house; she helped me believe that homeownership was possible for me. Even after closing, she continued to check on me and make sure I had the resources and support I needed. That level of service and care is truly rare. Terrie was exceptionally awesome as our agent! We previously had so many bad experiences with agents, I was beginning to wonder if there was a decent one that really cared about and listened to our needs, desires, and concerns. Then Terrie came into the picture! For once, I was comfortable conversing with a real estate agent. I felt she listened and actually heard us when we talked with her about selling our home. She offered suggestions to help our home stand out from the multitude on the market. She used every avenue available to her -- obtaining a pre-listing appraisal to ensure we had the home priced adequately, holding numerous open houses, consistently posting on social media sites, writing/placing motivating descriptions on listing sites, using colored pictures on informational flyers for buyers to take with them, staging our home so buyers could visualize the space, contacting other agents/brokers to let people know why our house was so special -- and Terrie kept her promises per what she told us she would do to market our home. Even in the current Buyer's market, Terrie quickly brought multiple offers to the table and suggested ways to help us close the deal. Her guidance and knowledge was exceptional, professional, and spot on! There were no trust issues with Terrie -- I know that next time, all I have to do is call her, tell her what we need, and let her go without hesitation or concern! Thank you Terrie for everything! Ms. Booker listed our property after another agent consistently kept dropping the ball. Due to the delays caused by the previous agent, Terrie expedited the preparations needed to list the property on the necessary marketing platforms. Terrie listened to our concerns patiently and reassured us through out the process. The process of negotiating with the buyer that bought our property was time consuming demanding considerable amounts of her time. Bottom line this lady is motivated. You won't go wrong listing you properties with her agency.

Terrie Booker is an amazing women. She helped me get a house to my liking. Even the things i didn’t like in houses, she pushed for it to get done so the house could be to my liking!!
