1st time we have worked with her -very favorable impression.
Terri went to great lengths to accommodate my family in a somewhat confusing situation. She is very professional, yet personable, assisting me in a long distance relationship. Her positive attitude and effort to get the job done are admirable . I feel grateful to have had her working with us .
