Terri was very helpful as a broker for the builder of the home we purchased. She helped guide us through the various forms we needed to complete for/with the builder. She did a great job answering our many questions as the house was completed. She was also a helpful liaison with our real estate agent who was representing us as buyers. We first met with Terri Lynn when our own realtor failed to recognize the homes being built for sale in our future new neighborhood. Immediately TL explained everything in great detail and then went beyond with additional information asking us if we had any further questions before showing us around. Terri Lynn was professional, polite and immediately responsive to our inquires, even when we discovered that we had been communicating with her on her days off which didn't stop her from eagerly getting right back to us. Throughout this process we had a need for extra communication with the process of our build and even though this wasn't TL's area of responsibility she found the answers for us and made the connections and has continued to do so even after closing on our new home. One additional note and I won't go into detail, but when Terri Lynn had an opportunity to sway us in a certain direction that would have increased her monetary gain, she had class and integrity by refusing to do anything that would benefit her and truth be known she should have been compensated even more than she was due to our special circumstances; she cared more about us getting into the home than what she could profit. Terri Lynn represents herself and her company very well!
Terri is very experienced and always answered any questions we had when purchasing our house! She did a great job, and we still keep in touch with her years after our purchase!
