Oh my gosh I just adore this lady! Not only was she there for me when I was going to sell because of a divorce. Then when I said that we may wanna work it out she said “that’s OK that would be a good thing”. Well needless to say we decided to keep our marriage together but we still went ahead with the sale (which we made money on)! THEN she helped us find a ‘new start’ home! Which was barely on the market with a couple offers and she got it for us! She really does care about your interest and not about the money! A+ in my book!!! ??
I would give Terri more than 5 stars if I could. She made the process of selling a house, while living out of state, easy and convenient. She went out of her way to handle details that needed an in-state contact person and found creative ways for us to deal with necessary contractors. She made sure to look out for our best interests when it came to pricing, contracts, convenience of closing, etc. I highly recommend Terri with no hesitation at all.
