It's difficult for anyone to move, especially for someone in their senior years, and Terri made this a great experience for us. Terri not only sold her home for a significant amount above asking price, (which was amazing) but most importantly, helped my mom with some of the challenges that come with moving. Terri is very connected and has access to a number of resources such as, having a person come to her home and help choose what she wants to take and what to donate. Other services like packing services and cleaning services to make the home look the best it can be after everything was moved. Terri went above and beyond what any other realtor would do for someone. I have sold a few homes in my lifetime and I have never met anyone as professional and kind as Terri. Especially kind to my Mother, which was the most important thing for me. If you have a family member that needs a "little extra assistance" in selling a home, Terri Lewis is your person.
