It was a pleasure dealing with Terri for my house purchase. It was a complicated deal and Terri was always on point and prompt in her dealings with the other realtor and filing many changes to the purchase contract.

With us living out of state, it was hard to view certain houses. When we found the house we liked she went right over there. FaceTime us took pictures. We were able to make an offer in by the house that we really liked in Morristown, Tennessee. We currently live in the Chicagoland area. She was very punctual gave us good advice and I definitely recommended her to our realtor here in Illinois. If there’s any clients wanting to move to the Knoxville area to reach out to Terri.

Terri was great from the start to the finish as our selling agent. She was quick to respond to our questions by text or by phone. She was prompt to let me know of any showings scheduled. It was hard to sell our parents home, but Terri was so helpful & understanding. I would highly recommend Terri whether selling or buying a home.
