Terri helped the reviewer sell this property

Terri was very professional, prompt, and had plenty of useful, actionable advice on our listing.

Terri was very professional and patient as we went back and forth several times with the potential buyers of our home. Helping us navigate any counter offers without telling us what to do was a definite plus! Terri made sure we understood all of the documents, and all aspects of listing and ultimately selling our home with her. She was knowledgable about the local conditions market which resulted in multiple offers within days of listing our home.
