Raised in Northwest Florida, Terri is accustomed to living in a military
community. As a military spouse, Terri understands the unique
challenges of relocations and deployments. Terri also understands
what it takes to succeed no matter what challenges you may face.
After 20-years of working in healthcare, owning four businesses, and
raising three daughters, she returned to college to complete a
graduate degree in education, specializing in adult learning. For the
next 20-years, Terri worked as an educator, an executive
administrator, and a higher education accreditation evaluator for
colleges across the United States and abroad.
With 40-years of professional experience, Terri has developed strong
communication skills, an ability to build relationships, manage
competing demands and achieve challenging goals. Terri has also
learned the value of collaboration, commitment, and entrepreneurial
spirit. She epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and is committed to
treating everyone with the utmost dignity and respect.
Terri is a licensed Florida REALTOR®, and as a lifelong learner, she
has earned several real estate certifications and designations. As a
Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Terri has acquired enhanced skills in
pricing properties, creating comparable market analysis (CMAs),
working with appraisers, and guiding clients through their anxieties and
misperceptions about home values. As a Resort and Second-Home
Property Specialist (RSPS), Terri specializes in assisting clients in
buying and selling resort and second home properties. Terri also holds
the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, which has
prepared her to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when
selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment
properties. Terri is also a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource
(SFR®) specialist; this designation is specifically designated for the
REALTOR® helping buyers and sellers of distressed properties.
Terri’s knowledge, coupled with her business acumen, has provided
