After 2 transactions with Terri I can genuinely say I found the Best most knowledgeable realtor ever

I met Terri 10 years ago and after explaining that I had a tight window to work with Terri pulled together 7 properties to look at the following weekend and we were off and running. Her expertise at writing the purchase agreement was far above any other realtors I have worked with to date! (I have closed on 7 properties in 20 years) Terri turned a stressful situation into an enjoyable time and for that fact alone I will always remember her. I thought I knew the area well - Terri not only knew every lake that is in the area but most of the time knew the specific bays also. After knowing Terri for a short period of time I completely trust her and her judgment and that for me doesn’t come easily. Now after working with her we have become good friends.
