A gift from God

Terri tenderly navigated us through an extremely stressful time in our lives and we are forever grateful for her kindness and attentiveness to our needs. Because of her experience and knowledge of the market and inventory we were able to have an offer accepted and close within a very short time. Our house search was complicated by several factors. Logistically - we were moving from the Bay Area and our lender and escrow company were located in other cities outside the county we were purchasing the home in. Our time frame to close on a home also played a major part in the pressure we were experiencing. Had it not been for Terri’s positive and reassuring attitude to the situation our home buying transaction could have been disastrous instead of the satisfying way it concluded.
