Terri Byerly was the perfect agent to help me with my first home buying experience. Terri was recommended to me by a good friend of mine who told me Terri would be very responsive, knowledgeable, and diligent. These are the exact qualities I needed because I only had about 30 days to find a home; Terri did not disappoint. Terri was exceedingly responsive when I reached out to her. Being a first-time home buyer, Terri came to my home within a day of me reaching out and patiently explained the homebuying process in easily understandable language. She provided me with quality resources needed to get pre-qualified for a mortgage and to make sure my future home could be properly inspected. Terri took detailed notes regarding my biggest wants and concerns and was almost immediately able to find several homes within my limited budget. Showings were quickly set up, and within a week, I was able to find an excellent home. Terri was very knowledgeable during the showings, carefully walking me through the pros and cons of each home, how the prices compared to other homes with similar features, and if the homes would match my needs. Terri also impressed me during the due diligence portion of the process. I had many questions regarding different facets of the home, property, features, and permits for the house, and she was able to thoroughly answer them all.
