Terri also impressed me during the due diligence portion of the process. I had many questions regarding different facets of the home, property, features, and permits for the house, and she was able to thoroughly answer them all. Terri fought hard for me during the negotiation and was able to get me the home for the price I wanted. She processed all the required documents very quickly and was able to have everything set up so I could close on my home before my 30 days ended.
