Terrance was amazing!! After a couple of years of looking we finally found our first home! He is an amazing realtor. I can’t describe how great Terrance is. He is an Amazing person, communication was great, friendly, has lots of patience and helped negotiate to get a great price. I definitely will recommend to all my friends and family.
