After working for over 6 months when I initially began my search and working with 3 other realtors, Terrance was the only one who kept an open line of communications and was dedicated to finding a solution at every hurdle we ran into. He would use his resources to have a back up plan in most situations and often it was the path we would need to take to ultimately close. During our initial search aside from being upfront and direct about our options he took time to cater to my requirements and we found a home that checked all the boxes. Terrance is not one to over promise but to set realistic expectations and works with you in both aspects of budget and requirements but he was also not scared to tackle a difficult situation. The current housing market requires someone who you can work with that communicates and helps find solutions, Terrance exhibits all these qualities.

He then made sure the contract protected me. He assisted me in getting the inspection and then negotiated a reduction for the items noted in the inspection.
