We went out only twice to view houses and by then I was able to find the house I wanted. After that Terrence was wonderful in negotiating a price that was better than I expected. He then made sure the contract protected me. He assisted me in getting the inspection and then negotiated a reduction for the items noted in the inspection. Terrance's market knowledge was extremely helpful. Especially as first time home buyers, he walked my partner and I through everything. There were times we were stuck and couldn't find anything but Terrance on multiple occasions took initiative and found some very unique finds that were within our budget and our "vision". We always saw them that same week or even sometimes the SAME DAY. Unfortunately the market was rough in the beginning of 2023 still so my partner and I got outbid a lot BUT Terrance is a fighter. While buying a condo during these competitive times, Terrence did a great job of finding me a place w/in my budget and in the area I was looking to buy.
