I approached Terrance after working with another realtor. Terrance was happy to work with us, but made note that he would be uncomfortable doing so while a pending offer with the previous realtor was in place. That's when I knew for sure I was going to enjoy working with him. He was very patient with us, waiting for us to form our own opinions before offering his own honest one. He was great at finding us pre-market homes to look at, and was always very responsive when we found something on our own.
