Terrance Mayo

My fiance and I worked with Terrance to purchase our first home back in July. He was referred to us by another realtor, and are so grateful he was. Our experience with Terrance was a very easy one. He was beyond patient, we were in the process of "looking" for a home for almost a year and he checked in with us the whole way. He made our first time home buying experience enjoyable and stress free. He gave us names of lenders to use, and within a days notice was able to take us around to see multiple townhouses... One of which we put an offer in on, and are now enjoying making it our home! If you have the pleasure of working with Terrance you will not be disappointed.

I approached Terrance after working with another realtor. Terrance was happy to work with us, but made note that he would be uncomfortable doing so while a pending offer with the previous realtor was in place. That's when I knew for sure I was going to enjoy working with him. He was very patient with us, waiting for us to form our own opinions before offering his own honest one. He was great at finding us pre-market homes to look at, and was always very responsive when we found something on our own. He was also very good about scheduling showings with us, working around his family's schedule as well as our own. Terrance was a joy to work with, and stuck with us until we found a great house!
