How do I begin to explain my experience with Tericka! I have known her for quite a while but when it came to business she guided my husband and I in t he right direction. She did not just give us all “Yes” but she made sure she told us her honest opinion to picking the right home. Tericka went above and beyond by not putting us in a home that will cause us in the short run but the perfect home we will grow in. Thank you very much for your hard work, honesty, trust and commitment. The journey seemed long but she sealed the deal in 3 months for us max! I highly recommend.

Tericka was nothing short of amazing! This is the second time we used her to find my family a place to rent and she will always be our go to and our recommendation for friends and family that need the same service. She is informed, thorough and crystal clear throughout the entire process. Always available with answers and follows up exactly when she says she will. Her honesty is what set her apart in my book both to us and to the other side. We could really trust what she was doing and found comfort in the fact that we were truly being represented by her with our best interest at heart. It’s rare to come across a realtor who doesn't take lightly to the fact that they are in complete control of someones living situation and doesn't just look at it in as another transaction. Even after the move was over she followed up to make sure that issues addressed in the walk through had been taken care of and left a line of communication for anything else that we might need. She is a very special person that has become a part of the family and anyone would be lucky to have her handle their buying/renting process!

Tericka is a dedicated and head strong person who takes the business of real estate to another level to ensure that her clients are pleased. She is consistent and passionate about the work that she does. Overall she is truly amazing and my husband and I are looking forward to working with her with the purchase of our new home in the future ??
